It was made in the USA.  Brand is VIKING.
Vintage VIKING Art glass bell is striking Satin Frosted Glass.  It has pink flowers with a red cardinal.
Cardinals carry great comforting feeling to many people.
Bell is approximately 5.5 inches tall with the original sticker still attached.
